Three Miracle technicians on rope access doing high-rise window cleaning on a curved glass curtain wall in Little Rock Arkansas

Commercial and High-Rise

High-Rise and Commercial Window Cleaning in Little Rock

The glass gets cleaned, the safety side stays handled, and your building looks like somebody is looking after it. Serving Central Arkansas since 1992.

Liability, not just appearance

Nobody on your staff should be going out on a ledge

And most crews are not equipped to. Work at height on your property carries real liability for the building owner, which is why the access question usually settles the vendor before the price does.

So you are not really shopping for window cleaning. You are deciding who you are willing to put on your building, and that decision has your name on it. Most people in your position have already had somebody tell them they could not reach it, or watched somebody try anyway.

We have been cleaning glass at height in Central Arkansas since 1992. Our crews follow OSHA fall protection requirements for elevated and suspended work, with the training and equipment the job calls for, and we are glad to show you the documentation before you decide.

Services

What we handle on commercial property

High-Rise Window Cleaning

We clean high-rise glass across Central Arkansas with trained crews, proper rigging, and the safety procedures a building at height requires.

Commercial Window Cleaning

Office, healthcare, institutional, and government properties, on recurring schedules or one-time cleans. Inside and out.

Storefront Window Cleaning

Weekly, monthly, or as-needed visits so your entrance looks open and cared for. Quick visits, low disruption.

Glass Canopies and Atriums

Entry canopies, atriums, and skylights collect grime that is obvious from below and awkward to reach. We bring the access equipment the angle requires.

Caulking and Sealing

Failed caulking around glass lets water and air into the building envelope, and the damage shows up later as staining or rot. We inspect and reseal window perimeters and glazing joints.

Building and Exterior Washing

Glass, siding, concrete, walkways, and parking areas. One crew for the whole exterior.

Parking Lots, Garages, and Loading Areas

A stained, gum-covered lot undercuts a property before anyone reaches the door. Scheduled after hours so your operation keeps running.

Hot Water Pressure Washing

Grease, oil, and gum do not come off with cold water no matter how much pressure you use. Built for drive-throughs, dumpster pads, loading docks, and fuel islands.

The cost of putting it off

Deferred exterior maintenance does not stay cosmetic

It becomes a building envelope problem

Failed caulking around glass lets water and air in. The damage shows up later as staining or rot, and by then it is a repair line item, not a cleaning one.

It becomes a liability problem

Walkways and entries get slick once algae takes hold. So does the question of who you allowed to work at height on your property.

It becomes a tenant problem

Clients form an opinion of a business before they reach the door. So do prospective tenants, inspectors, and the board members who approve your budget.

Safety and compliance

The part that protects you

Work at height on your property puts safety compliance on the building owner too. Our crews follow OSHA fall protection requirements for elevated and suspended window cleaning, and the same standards apply to pressure washing at height or on an active commercial site.

Ask about our safety procedures and documentation before you hire anyone, including us.

Getting started

Three steps, then it is off your list

Step one

Send us the building

Call or send the form with the property, roughly how tall it is, and what needs cleaning. Estimates are free.

Step two

We work out the access

How we reach each elevation, and when we can do it without interrupting you. Priced and scheduled up front, with safety documentation on request.

Step three

The crew runs it on your schedule

Trained crews working to OSHA procedure, after hours where the operation cannot stop. Nothing for you to supervise.

Scheduling

On a schedule, or once

Some buildings need a recurring schedule and some need one clean before an inspection or an event. Storefronts run weekly, monthly, or as needed.

Larger properties are usually on a recurring schedule with after-hours work where the operation cannot stop.

What you are actually buying

A vendor you do not have to manage

The crew shows up on the schedule you agreed to, works to OSHA procedure, does not need supervising, and leaves the property clean. The glass looks right, the file has the documentation in it, and the building stops being something on your list.

Questions

Answers before you call

Common questions from building owners and managers.

How high can you actually clean?

High-rise. We clean high-rise glass across Central Arkansas with trained crews, proper rigging, and the safety procedures a building at height requires, and we have been doing it since 1992. Most crews top out a few stories up, which is why the upper floors on a lot of buildings never get cleaned.

Do you offer recurring service or is it one job at a time?

Either. Storefronts usually run on weekly, monthly, or as-needed visits. Larger commercial properties are typically on a recurring schedule, with work after hours where the operation cannot stop, and we also do one-time cleans. Homes are usually scheduled as needed.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing, and which does my property need?

Pressure washing is for hard surfaces that can take it: brick, concrete, stone, driveways, sidewalks, and patios. Soft washing cleans delicate surfaces at low pressure with the right solution, which is what roofs, vinyl and painted siding, soffits, and trim need. Pressure washing a roof will void most shingle warranties. Knowing which method applies to each surface is part of the job, and we will tell you which one your property needs before we quote it.

What areas do you serve?

The Little Rock metro and Central Arkansas, including North Little Rock, Alexander, Benton, Bryant, Sherwood, Maumelle, Cabot, Jacksonville, Conway, Hot Springs, Mabelvale, Bauxite, and East End. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask.

How do I get an estimate?

Estimates are free. Send the contact form or call (501) 847-7177, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tell us what the property is and what needs cleaning, and we will come look at it and quote the method and the price before any work starts.
